Dear families, dear children and young people,

That's why I'm pleased that the Verbandsgemeinderat has decided to become part of the Karlsruhe Social Region and that we can thus contribute at least a small step towards counteracting the exclusion caused by poverty.

Quality of life, having fun, being part, belonging - through the "Karlsruhe Children's Pass" we offer children and young people from low-income families the opportunity to take part in leisure and sports activities, cultural and educational opportunities beyond many local boundaries.

I am pleased that the municipality of Hagenbach, which includes the local communities Berg with Neulauterburg, Scheibenhardt with Bienwaldmühle, Neuburg am Rhein and the town of Hagenbach, will be offering the Karlsruhe Children's Passport from 01.01.2023 and that we can be part of it - initially for one year.
